Samantha is a highly experienced Specialist Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and Performance Coach with a strong background in Strength & Conditioning. She works with everyone from those navigating being fitter and stronger, to active individuals and developing athletes through to elite and international performers.

She has been featured in Women’s Health and Stylist magazine, and has provided expert commentary for social media, including advisory input on an article discussing Claudia Winkleman’s back pain during The Traitors. Samantha has also recorded multiple podcast episodes as a physiotherapy consultant for London Bridge Sports Medicine, sharing expert insight on injury management, rehabilitation, and performance.

Samantha has treated athletes competing for Team GB, Team Jamaica, and Team St Lucia, and is currently the Lead Physiotherapist for the Elite Athlete Programme at the University of Westminster, treating high-performance athletes, across a wide variety of disciplines, including weightlifting, calisthenics, crossfit, dance, rugby, swimming, muay thai, taekwondo and boxing (for The Royal Artillery Boxing Club).She previously competed for Team GB and now competes internationally for Team Guyana, giving her a unique insight into the physical and psychological demands of high-level sport.

She has a strong passion for improving care pathways for young competitive athletes and continues to work on improving the accessibility and safety of strength training for women and newcomers to strength sport. As part of this work, she has hosted an annual female-only charity fitness event for the past eight years.
