I offer Sports Massage (pre/post-event & maintenance), Deep Tissue, Remedial, Recovery, and Relaxation treatments, using techniques like soft tissue release, muscle energy work, and myofascial release to suit what your body needs on the day.
With a background in yoga, personal training, exercise referral, and classical Pilates, I understand the many demands of the body.
My path into massage grew from a love of training and my own injuries, everything from a stubborn lower back to a torn shoulder, which sparked a lasting curiosity about how the body heals and adapts.
I work with people who love to train and move, helping to ease pain, restore rhythm, and release muscular tension. Having been both client and therapist, I understand how to meet you where you are, whether that’s coaxing hamstrings that refuse to lengthen, easing a sciatic nerve trapped by tight glutes, or persuading shoulders to drop back into place.
I think of muscles as teammates: some eager, some lazy, some needing a bit of negotiation. My approach draws on anatomy and mindful awareness to get them working together again, joints gliding, fascia behaving, and movement flowing more freely.
Sessions are designed to leave you walking taller, breathing deeper, and maybe even smiling a little wider.
